Our practice cares!

Since 2007, Exclusively Eyecare has been a supporter of  Optometry Giving Sight. Over the past eight years, Optometry Giving Sight has helped reduce the leading causes of vision impairment worldwide, uncorrected refractive error. Simply put, the need for an eye exam and glasses. For every pair of glasses we have dispensed at our practice since 2007, a child in need has received a new pair of glasses through Optometry Giving Sight.

Further more, these donations allow Optometry Giving Sight to fund the solution to global uncorrected refracted error by supporting programs that deliver vision care, train local eyecare professionals and develop infrastructure.

Much of this infrastructure development is in the area of supporting the building of vision centers. One vision center can see up to 3,000 patients a year in a developing country. Ten vision centers, over the course of ten years, will give access to vision care for 300,000 people where services have never before existed.

We appreciate our patients supporting our practice and helping us give sight to people in need!
